Hi again! Today I gave the Band I received from Doug three days ago! I was at a two-day company- seminar near Darmstadt. There I met some colleagues from other German airports I had never seen or met before. One of them, Susanna from Hamburg, I found a very interesting person from the first moments we met. She had really something to say, was honest, outspeaking and funny the same time! During these two days we had some very good conversations, which were inspiring and uplifting. So before we left Seeheim, I gave her the band to take it home to Hamburg. Thank you, Susanna, you made these two days special! Alexandra

Hi! My name is Alexandra and I work for a major German Airline in Frankfurt, Germany. Today, while working at a Gate for a - as usual - fully booked and busy flight to India, Doug Hanson came to my counter. We had a really nice and also very joyful conversation, during which I was able to help him getting a bettet seat than the middle middle middle (remember?) one he had before. Just this few words made my busy and stressful day brighter and brought a smile on my face! Right before boarding Doug came up to my counter and gave me the purple band, explaining what it was for and why I received it! Wow - what an amazing idea! Thank you for this special gift - it made my day a unique and special one! Cheers from Germany and have a wonderful day! Alexandra
Alexandra, You are such a wonderful person. Thank you so much for your cheerful assistance and smiling face in a foreign land. I was only in Germany for a 45 minute layover but you made that short time very memorable. The world needs more people like you! Thank you for helping me on my flight to India. It was a 9 hour flight and without even asking, when I checked in you looked for a better seat. As you said, I was originally in the middle, middle, middle seat near the back of the plane. It doesn't get any worse than that. Ha! I created this site specifically for people like you. People that "Play Full Out". Usually it's just for a smile, or a little extra effort, or making the situation a little more fun, or for just genuinely caring. In your case, it was for all four! Thank you so much. We may never meet again, but you will forever by in my heart as my friend in Frankfurt Germany at the lufthansa Ticket Counter. If you are ever near Houston, TX, I hope you will contact me so I can return the hospitatlity in some way. Until then, all the best, Doug p.s. - after you've worn your band for a while, don't forget to look for someone to pass it on to. It will be fun to see the ripple affect you started for years to come.
