We had a conference today and my company Quest Diagnostics were so impressed and inspired when they had Doug come in for the Sales meeting that the leadership team decided his message needed to be heard by the operations team. The 2.5 - 3 hours that Doug was there was inspiring, engaging, and informative. I thoroughly enjoyed the discussion of how to transform yourself to become a better leader.
