When I faced an overwhelming challenge at Zacapa, Guatemala in 2010 as the engineering team leader, I had no other option but "play full out" to get things done at work and survive to that dangerous enviroment (lots of bullets around), then after a year of extremely hard work, finally we made it!. After that experience I found that whenever I give the best of me, with an optimistic mindset and trust in God, then I'm "playing full out". Thank you Doug for giving me this band, it reminds me the way God taught me to live my life!
