Terre works at Hertz Rent-2-Buy's registration office in Oklahoma. She has an amazing attitude and was super helpful. We had some problems getting a car I purchased from them in New Jersey registered in Texas and she not only walked me through the process, she took the lead on most of it and followed up at every turn as promised. I wish I could call her for all my personal customer service issues, internet problems, car problems, etc. :) I'm kind of sad my car registration is complete because I was enjoying my daily talks with her. The world needs more people like Terre! She is a beautiful example of employees that Play Full Out and actually care about their customers. Thanks girl.
